What is your return policy?

Due to Covid-19 we do not offer returns or refunds.

What is your minimum order quantity?

We do not have a minimum order although we offer sale items on a regular basis.

How do you select your fabric?

We only source our material from high-quality establishments. We look for what is trending and price and quality meet our standards.

Delivery and Curbside Service

How long does it take to receive an order for a Clutch Bag?

We ship all fabric products within 24 hours. Normally we can send your order off within hours of receipt of payment via PayPal.

What products do you offer the curbside service?

All of our products s with the exception of artwork are available for curbside service pickup.

Do you offer curbside service?

Yes. We do offer curbside service on all products with the exception of artwork. The artwork products are drop shipped directly from our professional photo lab.

How will I know that my order is ready to be picked up?

You will receive an Email from AccentStyles notifying you that we received your order. Most of our orders are ready for pick up immediately. On occasion, we will advise you within 24 hours that your order is ready for pick up. 

What is your curbside process?

1. We receive your order via Paypal
2. We notify you that we are in receipt of your order.
3. We send an email message stating when your product is ready for pick up and wait to receive your reply of receipt.
4. We send our address and phone number so that you can text us your plans to arrive curbside.

Purchasing Artwork

How long does it take to receive my print?

We place your order with our professional lab as soon as we receive payment via PayPal. The lab ships directly to you within 2-5 days. There is no charge to you for shipping.
